A centralized HR system on Notion that allows PMs and management to track team availability, bandwidth, and out-of-office statuses.
🚨 Problem
PMs had to manually ask team members about availability.
No system to track workload or who is working today.
Leave requests were handled manually, leading to inefficiencies.
⚙️ Process
Created an availability tracker where PMs can edit designer workload.
Designed a “Who’s Working Today” dashboard to view active members.
Built an Out-of-Office (OOO) system for team members to submit leave requests.
Tested and refined the system to ensure smooth adoption.
