Introducing Clearing Bank (https://getclearingbank.com), a groundbreaking fintech platform that I had the privilege to design and develop. This platform is specifically tailored for short-term rental businesses, automating bookkeeping and providing granular cashflow tracking.

As the lead designer and developer, I leveraged tools like Bubble.io, APIs, Figma, QuickBooks, Plaid, and SolidFi.com to create a comprehensive banking solution. The platform features a marketing website, a user-friendly signup process with person and business verification, and the ability to open and manage real checking accounts. Users can also move funds, register legal businesses, create real estate properties and sub-units, view all transactions, create virtual/physical debit-cards, and access analytics for cashflow.

One of the key successes of this project was the integration with SolidFi.com, Quickbooks, and Plaid, which allowed for seamless financial management. The platform's success is evident in its adoption by 20 large short-term rental portfolio companies, each with hundreds of properties, processing thousands of transactions and moving real money through the platform.

The end result is a responsive web app with integrated plugins and APIs, providing a comprehensive banking solution for short-term rental businesses. This project was a testament to the power of innovative design and development in creating a successful fintech platform.
