DE&I Community Platform

As the lead designer, developer, and product manager, I played a pivotal role in the creation of DREIM, a community platform aimed at promoting diversity and racial equity by holding Fortune 500 companies accountable. Leveraging no-code tools like Bubble.io and various third-party APIs, I designed and developed a comprehensive web and mobile-responsive platform, complete with a backend for administrative tasks.

Key Features:

Landing Page: A welcoming first point of contact for users.

Social Login: Streamlined access via LinkedIn.

Newsfeed: A dynamic space for admins to post updates, with features for likes, comments, and shares.

Articles/Blogging System: A platform for publishing insightful articles.

Donation System: Integrated with Stripe for seamless transactions.

Companies List Page: A comprehensive list of Fortune 500 companies, complete with search and filtering capabilities.

Company Page: Detailed profiles of companies, including financials and a custom DREIM score.

Admin Portal: A robust backend for managing companies, publishing articles, and user management.

Backend Processing: Efficient import and processing of company profile data and financial data from third-party APIs.

The success of DREIM is evident in its impact. Within a short span, the platform has scored and listed Fortune 100 companies and registered over 1,000 community members. This project stands as a testament to the power of technology in driving social change and promoting accountability.
