Multi-tenant Real Estate Portfolio Mgmt. Platform

VarroCRE is a multi-tenant real estate portfolio management application designed to streamline the complex processes associated with managing various aspects of a company's real estate portfolio. It provides a robust, responsive platform for portfolio companies to manage properties, technologies, and team collaborations efficiently.

As the Product Owner, I played a critical role in the project's success, taking charge of the product roadmap, project management, design, and development phases. My role encompassed the holistic view of the project, determining the project's trajectory, and ensuring that all components were in alignment with the project's goals.

I spearheaded the design phase, utilizing Figma to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Further, I leveraged Bubble.io's no-code platform to develop the application, ensuring that it was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The success of VarroCRE was underscored by the addition of 30 portfolio companies, managing an average of 45 properties each, with around 5.6 technologies per property. This significant uptake highlights the application's effectiveness and the critical gap it filled in the market.

Multi-tenant architecture: Allows multiple portfolio companies to register and manage their own teams, properties, and technologies independently.

Property and technology management: Enables companies to add, archive, sell and manage properties and technologies seamlessly.

Admin functionalities: Offers the ability for admins to bulk import properties, technologies, and relationships, easing the data integration process.

User roles and team management: Features multiple user roles, including super-admins, corporate admins, admins, users, and viewers, fostering efficient team collaboration and property assignments.

Auditing system (Activities): Tracks activities across the platform, maintaining a transparent record of who did what and when.

Super-admin portal: Includes a KPIs dashboard and provides a comprehensive view of all teams, properties, technologies, relationships, and activities across teams.

Responsive design for PWA: The design is fully responsive, making the application accessible on multiple devices and platforms.

The project deliverables included a comprehensive product roadmap, Figma design mockups, the VarroCRE Web Application, a Progressive Web Application (PWA), and a super-admin portal. Each component was developed with an emphasis on usability, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

The application was developed using Bubble.io, an innovative no-code platform, and designed using Figma, a popular design tool. The combination of these tools enabled rapid prototyping and development, contributing significantly to the project's success.
