Problem:
A translation firm concentrated on technical translation in industrial niche is entering a german market. They needed a new entity in Germany, a sales strategy that takes into account every subtle aspect of this market and a timely execution.
Action:
I acted as a consultant and a project manager in that role, developing a comprehensive business development strategy concentrated on entering big industrial conglomerates over 6-12 Months period. I was overlooking efforts of the sales team and making sure we extrapolate smallest details like which opening line works better in what size/niche companies we were targeting and presenting all of that to the client.
Result:
We were able to open doors to a few really big german enterprises including "Kärcher" and "Samsung".
