Problem:
A small organisation has reached out to me because their sales team wasn't bringing any results and they needed a fresh set of eyes to see what's wrong.
Action:
After a thorough examination including listening to phone calls, reading through emails, examining the marketing efforts of the company we have decided to dissect each step of the communication with clients from branding to sales scripts. Through dynamic testing of different hypothesis we have developed a new strategy of sales that would better define the product value, help sales staff overcome objectives and incorporate data-driven analysis into the sales process.
Result:
We got out of red numbers and have been able to have 27% profit on our actions.
