Problem:
The client was looking to expand into the german market and for help making leads in the industrial niche to promote their lube products for machinery.
Action:
I activated a sales team for a cold outreach to the ~400 best fitting firms in the industrial field in Germany, developed a sales approach and managed the whole project from start to finish.
Result:
As a result of our hard work in a few months we were able to set up meetings in the leading conglomerates to introduce my client's products into their manufacturing systems. Overall, in the end we were able to secure a few contracts with big names in the industry which have opened a door for a future development of my client's business in Germany.
