Client (Security Services) was facing a standing problem with acquiring new employees as security guards. I needed to find a way to draw more applicants of different backgrounds in shortest time frame.
Action:
I developed an organic social media campaign "Women in security" to further underline the equality and inclusion within the company. Furthermore I have developed and activated the paid ads campaign specifically targeted around desired demographics.
Result:
"Women in security" campaign was able to draw 40> female applicants. Paid ads campaign resulted in over 140 applicants in the span of 2 months. Average applicants number before the campaigns was about 15/month.
