Problem:
A small agency was contracted to install the fiberglass infrastructure to sell internet subscriptions in a designated area. They needed help with identifying which neighbourhoods will work best and lead the sales team later on to success.
Action:
As I have worked in door-to-door myself before and personally drove through designated area to chat with people on the ground about the state of their current internet connection and thus have identified best areas to work in. Later I gathered a team of professionals in door-to-door to follow up on that. The project length was 3 months.
Result:
The picked areas were mostly a huge success and people were really happy to receive better internet than before (8mbits to 1000mbits). My team of 6 people has cashed out over $200k in commission.
