Online Database and Interviewing Candidates for a Film Studio

Problem:

A London based film studio was amidst activating a huge project in Berlin that would involve interviewing thousands of artists and for that they needed an online database built from scratch.

Action:

I took a lead over a team to design the database and meanwhile interview incoming artists. The project took overall 3-4 months. In the first couple of weeks we were already able to have a working database online and start interviewing artists personally and encouraging them to spread the word a have their friends registered too.

Result:

3000 applicants processed personally by my team of 5 people over the course of 4 months and 25000 applicants overall registered on the database.
