The client, a consulting firm, needed an automated solution to extract and organize data from Raynet CRM. Employees logged hours for client training, but they also needed client names, contact details, training dates, and travel expenses summarized in clear reports. I developed an automation that pulled all necessary data, organized it into structured tables, and exported formatted Excel sheets for each consultant. Results: The automation saved hours of manual work weekly, eliminated errors, improved clarity, and ensured seamless reporting for better decision-making.
