The client needed a system to streamline invoice handling, addressing email attachments, downloadable links, and manually scanned invoices. I designed a workflow using Microsoft 365 Email, OneDrive, and automation tools that monitored inboxes, forwarded PDFs to the CRM, renamed files, saved them to cloud storage, and sorted emails into folders. Results: Saved 10+ hours weekly, reduced errors, improved invoice organization, and created a scalable solution, allowing the client to focus on strategic tasks.
