I developed a comprehensive internal and external communications plan for a children's tutoring center to support the rollout of their new strategic direction. The plan ensured alignment with their mission to empower young learners while effectively engaging key audiences, including staff, parents, and community stakeholders. Internally, it provided clear messaging frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and channels to ensure staff understood and embraced the new strategy. Externally, it outlined a content strategy across digital and traditional platforms, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, attracting new students, and strengthening relationships with parents and local partners.
