Candidate Labs is a modern search firm pairing seasoned recruiters with technology and data. Backed by investors like Salesforce Ventures, Signal Fire, Fuel Capital, FJ Labs and BoxGroup.

Candidate Labs was looking to create a talent agency built as a tech company, combining top sales recruiting talent with advanced tech to provide consistently unbeatable results. They were getting ready to come out of stealth and they needed a logo and a website for their official launch.

While on this project, I worked directly with the founders to designed their logo, brand identity and website for their launch. When it comes to the website I also developed it in Webflow and I kept updating and expanding it over the next couple of years.

The project resulted in a successful launch for Candidate Labs, and they proceeded to do some amazing things - they secured $5+ million in funding, grew to 50+ employees, ranked #1 on G2 reviews for the search firm category, grew revenue 30% month over month to more than $5 million and became profitable, got featured on TechCrunch, and landed some awesome clients like Notion, Deel, Coda, Retool, Airbase, and many other venture-funded startups.
