Mission
Candidate Labs was looking to create a talent agency built as a tech company, combining top sales recruiting talent with advanced tech to provide consistently unbeatable results. They were getting ready to come out of stealth and they needed a logo and a website for their official launch.
My contributons
While on this project, I worked directly with the founders to designed their logo, brand identity and website for their launch. When it comes to the website I also developed it in Webflow and I kept updating and expanding it over the next couple of years.
Results
Since launch, Candidate Labs has done some amazing things - they secured $5+ million in funding, grew to 50+ employees, ranked #1 on G2 reviews for the search firm category, grew revenue 30% month over month to more than $5M and became profitable, got featured on TechCrunch, and landed some awesome clients like Notion, Deel, Coda, Retool, Airbase, and many more.
