Selected and implemented 3rd party software to enable Pathpoint to switch from pure R&D mode to transacting business / generating revenue.

I joined Pathpoint at the earliest stages of commercialization. At that time, the firm had proprietary technology, but very little infrastructure to support the sales and operations motion. They didn't have a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system nor an agency management system (AMS) to store their insurance policy data. Neither did they have a tool to e-sign contractors or a way to collect payment. Making these choices was my mandate at the firm.
