Kristina Allan, a Nevada-based real estate professional, sought to elevate her personal brand to reflect her dynamic approach to real estate in a highly competitive market. She required a polished visual identity and a comprehensive social media strategy to effectively engage with her audience and potential clients.

The Challenge

Kristina came to us needing to distinguish her brand in the crowded Nevada real estate market. With a mission to connect individuals and families to their dream homes, she wanted her branding to exude professionalism, trust, and a personal touch. She also needed a consistent social media presence that could engage her audience, provide valuable real estate insights, and promote her services in a visually cohesive way.

We approached Kristina’s project by first delving deep into her vision and goals. Our process involved crafting a modern, versatile brand identity that would grow with her business and resonate with her target market.
1. Logo Design
We designed a professional, yet approachable logo that combines modern typography with a symbol that reflects Kristina’s professionalism in real estate. The logo needed to be versatile for use across all mediums—from social media to print marketing materials like business cards and real estate signage. The chosen logo is sleek, memorable, and perfect for establishing brand recognition.
2. Visual Identity
Next, we developed a visual identity for Kristina that included a defined color palette, fonts, and brand guidelines. The brand colors were chosen to reflect professionalism and trust, using a mix of neutral tones combined with a signature color to help Kristina stand out in the market. This visual identity allowed for consistency across all platforms, creating a polished and cohesive look for Kristina’s brand.
3. Social Media Strategy and Management
To establish Kristina’s social media presence, we developed a content strategy focused on:
• Showcasing her expertise in Nevada real estate.
• Providing educational real estate tips, market updates, and client success stories.
• Engaging with her audience through relatable and visually appealing content.
We set up her LinkedIn and Instagram profiles with professional profile pictures, headers, and pre-filled posts to establish credibility. For Instagram, we develop posts to fill her feed, covering everything from real estate tips to engaging property spotlights.
