Designed a unified order fulfilment portal for Rentoza's internal operations team. The previous process relied on four disconnected systems to manage a single order, causing delays and data entry errors. Consolidated all fulfilment actions into one workspace with end-to-end order tracking and automated data syncing. Result: 40% faster order processing, 60% fewer manual handoffs, and 4 systems consolidated into 1.
