Progentec recognized a gap in existing digital health tools—particularly the lack of an integrated, user-friendly platform that could support symptom tracking, wearable device integration, and direct communication with medical professionals. Their medical team needed a companion app that would allow clinicians to effectively engage with patients through secure messaging and video calls, while also enabling users to monitor their condition and access guided health content.
