Quick & Iterative Design & Dev in FlutterFlow

We designed a streamlined, AI-driven platform for the WHO to revolutionize how public health programs are designed, funded, implemented, monitored, and reported — aiming for a scalable solution that could work globally, even in low-resource environments.

The final product, impAIct App, prepares public health organizations to collaborate, apply for funding, manage projects, and report results — powered by modular workflows, AI, and real-time data visualization.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Creating a data centric product around Ai and Analysis.

Public health organizations need smarter, more adaptable tools to manage the complex lifecycle of program funding and implementation—especially in low-resource settings. Existing solutions fall short in scalability, real-time data use, and inclusivity. WHO required a platform that could integrate AI, modular workflows, and real-time analytics to support equitable, efficient, and transparent program delivery on a global scale.

Designing for Global Impact

Kaleo designed the impAIct App from the ground up to meet WHO’s goals and the real-world needs of local and international development teams:

AI-Powered Project Design: Smart templates and AI-guided project drafting to help applicants create high-quality, fundable projects faster.

Modular Multi-Stage Workflows: Flexible systems for applications, reviews, fund disbursement, and project milestones — designed to scale as programs grow.

Intelligent Matching: Built-in logic for pairing projects with the right funding opportunities, expanding access and equity.

Real-Time Impact Measurement: Standardized metrics, live dashboards, and transparent reporting built directly into the user experience.

Inclusive, Resilient Design: Offline accessibility, multilingual support, and a UI focused on low-resource environments.

MVP Highlights:

Three core user roles: Program Manager/Admin, Project Manager/Applicant, and Reviewer.

A streamlined dashboard with task management, program tracking, and real-time activity updates.

Funding programs like The Pandemic Fund, Global Immunization Drive, and Emergency Response Initiatives pre-built as examples.

Rich Custom Form Builder

The impAIct App incorporated a rich custom form builder featuring over 20 unique form elements, each meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of public health program applications.

This drag-and-drop interface empowered users to construct comprehensive applications with ease, allowing for the precise collection of information crucial for evaluating project viability and funding eligibility. The intuitive nature of the form builder was pivotal in creating a seamless experience, enabling stakeholders to tailor applications to specific program requirements, ultimately fostering a more efficient and effective funding process.

CONCLUSION

Through close collaboration — meeting three times a week to align workflows and features — our team delivered a high-fidelity MVP ready for FlutterFlow development.

We enjoyed working with our client throughout the process, and solving real world problems with modern solutions that will provide unprecedented clarity to managing directors and program managers for future endeavors was an amazing experience.
