Collagen's clean range of cosmetics was facing a communication issue - the idea of 'clean' was coming through in the nude, light make up, but all the 'clean' benefits of the brand, such as the sustainable ethos, natural ingredients, the benefit to your skin health, was not front of mind for the brand. This issue brought Collagen to want to rethink this clean range entirely, how it was communicating to customers and it's brand look and feel.
