Airbnb Revenue & Financial Reporting
Airbnb Financial summary tracking gross earnings, service fees, and net revenue across properties. This reporting workflow
enabled monthly financial visibility and simplified reconciliation across booking platforms.
The Situation
Ileverde Residences had strong fundamentals — a great location in Punta Cana and a quality property — but almost no operational infrastructure.
There were:
• no optimized OTA listings
• no guest communication system
• no operational workflows
• no financial reporting system
In other words: the business had no operating system. I built one.
Over the next decade, the operation evolved from a single property with manual processes into a multi-property hospitality system with structured workflows, reporting, and a small operations team.
Guest Log System (Operations Database)
Centralized guest log used to track reservations, check-ins, stay duration, and visitor activity across properties. The
system structured guest data into a single operational record, enabling filtering by month, property, and reservation status
for quick operational visibility.
What I designed
I approached the business the same way a product team approaches a broken user experience:
map every touchpoint → identify friction → rebuild the system behind it.
Analytics interface used to monitor guest volume, reservation trends, and average stay patterns. This dashboard provided
quick visibility into seasonal demand and operational load across the year.
Operations Infrastructure
Backend systems were built using:
— Lodgify — Guesty — Tokeet — Operto
These systems supported:
• booking management
• automated guest communication
• cleaning and maintenance scheduling
• vendor coordination
• operational reporting
Financial & Data Systems
Operational and financial reporting dashboards were built using: Airtable
This allowed reservations, guest activity, and revenue data to live in one structured operational system.
The outcome
— 423% reservation growth
— The business generated $609K+ in net revenue over five years
— Guest review scores improved
— Reduced operational friction
Most importantly, the business ran through systems instead of constant manual management.
What This Work Represents
This experience shaped how I approach systems design today:
Because broken systems don’t just slow teams down —
they quietly destroy growth.
