Focus: Creating Airtable CRMs with Zapier & Operations
The Challenge:
A B2B SaaS client was struggling with disconnected data between their marketing and sales teams. Leads were falling through the cracks, and manual data entry was slowing down the sales cycle.
The Deliverable:
I built a custom CRM ecosystem using Airtable and Zapier. I created automated workflows (Zaps) that instantly routed leads from HubSpot and web forms directly into an Airtable base, categorized them by lead score, and notified the sales team via Slack.
The Outcome:
The new system doubled lead velocity and improved lead quality by 23%. By removing manual entry, we achieved better data hygiene and significantly improved the hand-off process between marketing and sales.
