Overview

Hybrid Academy, a performance-focused fitness brand, wanted to grow their online presence, attract more dedicated athletes, and create content that genuinely reflected their high-intensity training culture. They were posting inconsistently, lacked a clear content direction, and needed someone to build a strategy that matched their energy—while also producing content that converts attention into community.

What I Delivered

1. Social Media Strategy Development

Created a clear content strategy rooted in Hybrid Academy’s mission, values, and athlete mindset.
Built tailored content pillars that showcased training methodology, community stories, athlete progress, and educational strength content.

2. Platform-Specific Content Plan

Designed a structured posting framework for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
Developed narrative angles, hooks, and storytelling formats to increase reach and engagement.

3. High-Impact Content Creation

Shot and edited training videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content to capture the raw intensity and community energy of the academy.
Designed branded graphics and educational posts that positioned them as experts in functional fitness and hybrid training.

4. Workflow & System Setup

Organized content production in Notion, enabling easy planning, scheduling, and asset management.
Implemented a monthly content calendar and a streamlined review process.

5. Community & Engagement Strategy

Mapped out engagement routines to nurture relationships with athletes, prospects, and fitness influencers.
Strengthened brand authority through consistent voice, tone, and visual identity.
