Family Support: Engaged directly with up to 100 families of deployed service members, providing critical assistance in areas such as legal referral, financial assistance, and crisis intervention.

Record Keeping: Diligently maintained detailed communication records in a database, ensuring effective follow-up and comprehensive support for both service members and their families.

Promotional Activities: Developed and distributed promotional materials, significantly enhancing program visibility. I also led live briefing sessions, leveraging social media platforms to reach a broader audience.
