Nevada Army National Guard Family Services, based in Reno, Nevada, United States, is a group dedicated to supporting the families of deployed service members. From June 2010 to June 2013, I had the honor of contributing to this noble cause.

As a Family Assistance Specialist, I played a vital role in offering support and services to families during challenging times. Here's a glimpse into my responsibilities and achievements:

• Family Support: Engaged directly with up to 100 families of deployed service members, providing critical assistance in areas such as legal referral, financial assistance, and crisis intervention.
• Record Keeping: Diligently maintained detailed communication records in a database, ensuring effective follow-up and comprehensive support for both service members and their families.
• Promotional Activities: Developed and distributed promotional materials, significantly enhancing program visibility. I also led live briefing sessions, leveraging social media platforms to reach a broader audience.
