Kólé is a construction management application (web and mobile) built to fix the industry’s biggest operational problems; fragmented workflows, outdated tools, poor visibility, unsustainable resource usage, and inefficient coordination. It brings resource tracking, contractor and staff coordination, predictive budgeting, reporting, and digital workflows into one unified, modern system.

To design and establish Kólé’s visual and functional ecosystem from scratch; creating a clear, scalable, and intuitive web + mobile experience that reflects its mission of sustainable, transparent, and effective construction management.

Construction workflows vary widely, making it difficult to design a universal but flexible system.

Outdated processes meant users were accustomed to manual tools and spreadsheets.

Cross-platform consistency was essential but challenging with complex data and dynamic interactions.

The platform needed to support multiple roles (contractors, managers, staff) without overwhelming anyone.
