Workflow Architects

Overview

Workflow Architects helps companies fix how they operate internally; broken handoffs, unclear ownership, and processes that slow everyone down. Good work. The problem: their website didn't say any of that. It was a placeholder where a story should have been.
I came in to close that gap. My job was to design a website that earns trust fast and makes it easy for the right client to say "yes, this is for me."

Goal

Build a website that communicates complex operational services without making visitors work for it. Every section needed to move someone from curious to convinced, without relying on jargon or walls of text.

Challenges

The service offering spans multiple complex industries (logistics, healthcare, construction, and OSHA compliance) with very different buyer contexts. Each needed to feel specific, not generic.
The site had to communicate ROI-level outcomes (cost savings, error reduction, efficiency gains) without sounding like a sales pitch or burying the lead.
Designing a multi-section layout with distinct industry pages, a 5-step process flow, case study narratives, and a contact form, all while maintaining visual and typographic consistency throughout.

Solutions

Structured the information hierarchy to lead with outcomes first (20:1 output gains, $30K saved, 99% error reduction) so the value proposition is clear before any service explanation.
Designed industry-specific sections with repeating card components that keep the layout scalable and scannable across six verticals.
Built a consistent type and spacing system that holds across the hero, process steps, team bios, case study blocks, and CTA sections, so nothing feels mismatched as the page grows in content density.
Established a consistent voice across every page so the site reads as one cohesive thing, not a patchwork.
Multiple iterations of select sections designed to suit the design language the client was going for.

Outcome

A complete website, design, and copy that positions Workflow Architects as a credible, sharp, founder-friendly operations partner. Founders can scan it in 30 seconds and know exactly what they're looking at. Live and holding up.
