Most AI ops dashboards surface raw logs with no cost forecasting or policy visibility, so budget overruns and compliance gaps only show up after the damage is done.

We designed OpsPulse, a clean AI control room dashboard built for AI ops teams and platform engineers who need full agent oversight on one screen. A soft glassmorphism surface with a yellow-green ambient glow keeps the interface calm under dense data. Tokens, cost, success rate, latency, compliance, and live agent runs are all visible without a single tab switch.

30-Day Cost Forecast: $3,890 projected spend with an unused 60%, used 30%, and reserved 45% budget bar and an 87% confidence score overspend risk is visible before the month closes.

Live Run Streams: Claims-Checker (2.5s, Live), KYC-Validator (12s, Live), Fraud-Monitor (3.8s, Closed), and Swift-Analyzer (12s, Live) agent status and latency are traceable in real time.
