PROJECT OVERVIEW

A One-Stop Solution for Solar Companies

The Enerflo team approached us with an ambitious vision: to create an all-in-one platform for the entire solar industry. Their goal was to build a comprehensive, go-to solution that serves everyone—from sales representatives and installers to customers. They needed a product that was both highly efficient and user-friendly, capable of accommodating the diverse workflows of multiple companies. Above all, the design had to be intelligently adaptable, supporting dozens of seamless integrations to meet the complex demands of the industry.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Solar companies faced inefficiencies due to disconnected systems and complex workflows, making it difficult to manage sales, installations, and customer communications in one streamlined platform.

❌ Need for a Scalable, All-in-One Solution

Enerflo needed a flexible, user-friendly platform that could support multiple user types and integrate with dozens of systems—bringing clarity, consistency, and efficiency to the entire solar project lifecycle.

SOLUTION

Unified Design Across All Products

Our team designed a stunning and engaging solar proposal deck that sales reps can use with their potential customers. Our proposal takes the customer to the real-life information they care about the most without all the fluff so they can make an informed decision quickly and confidently. We then designed a customer portal that a homeowner can log into once they have decided to go solar. This portal allows them to see exactly where they are in the process, what is to come and have direct access to those who can answer any questions they may have.

We partnered with Enerflo to craft the most unified sales and fulfillment experience in the solar industry—built specifically for dealers, installers, and solar buyers. From lead to install, the platform connects every part of the solar journey into one seamless, intelligent workflow. Whether you're managing proposals, coordinating crews, or helping homeowners go solar, Enerflo is the backbone that keeps everything moving.

Design Solution

We knew the first and most important thing to do was organize the program into it’s basic functions and understand how solar companies will want to use this product. We then created an adaptable, template based flow that would allow solar companies to customize their experience on Enerflo depending on their needs. We designed a plugin interface to allow companies and sales reps to integrate the tools they were already accustomed to seamlessly into the program, allowing them to login to only one program a day. The Deal Pipeline made having multiple deals easy by organizing them into stages.

As part of our work together, we created a visually compelling and user-friendly solar proposal deck for sales reps to present to potential customers. It’s designed to highlight the most relevant, actionable information—cutting through the noise so customers can make confident decisions quickly.

Following the proposal experience, we designed a custom homeowner portal that provides full visibility into the solar installation process. From timeline updates to direct communication access, the portal keeps customers informed, reassured, and connected every step of the way.
