PROJECT OVERVIEW

A One-Stop Solution for Solar Companies

The Enerflo team approached us with an ambitious vision: to create an all-in-one platform for the entire solar industry. Their goal was to build a comprehensive, go-to solution that serves everyone—from sales representatives and installers to customers. They needed a product that was both highly efficient and user-friendly, capable of accommodating the diverse workflows of multiple companies. Above all, the design had to be intelligently adaptable, supporting dozens of seamless integrations to meet the complex demands of the industry.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

❌ Fragmented Tools and Workflows

Solar companies faced inefficiencies due to disconnected systems and complex workflows, making it difficult to manage sales, installations, and customer communications in one streamlined platform.

❌ Need for a Scalable, All-in-One Solution

Enerflo needed a flexible, user-friendly platform that could support multiple user types and integrate with dozens of systems—bringing clarity, consistency, and efficiency to the entire solar project lifecycle.

SOLUTION

Unified Design Across All Products

Our team designed a sleek and engaging solar proposal deck for sales reps to use with potential customers. It delivers real-life, relevant information without the fluff so customers can make informed decisions quickly and confidently.

We also designed a customer portal for homeowners who choose to go solar. This portal shows exactly where they are in the process, what’s coming next, and provides direct access to support whenever they have questions.

We partnered with Enerflo to bring all of this together into one unified experience—an all-in-one platform built specifically for solar dealers, installers, and buyers. From lead to installation, Enerflo connects every step of the solar journey into a seamless, intelligent workflow. Whether managing proposals, coordinating crews, or supporting homeowners, the platform is the backbone that keeps everything moving.

Design Solution

We began by breaking down the platform into its core functions to better understand how solar companies would use the product. From there, we created a flexible, template-based flow that allows companies to customize their experience on Enerflo based on their needs.

To support existing workflows, we designed a plugin interface so companies and sales reps could integrate the tools they already use, reducing the need to log into multiple systems each day. The Deal Pipeline feature made it easy to manage multiple deals by organizing them into clear, actionable stages.

As part of our work together, we created a visually compelling and user-friendly solar proposal deck for sales reps to present to potential customers. It’s designed to highlight the most relevant, actionable information—cutting through the noise so customers can make confident decisions quickly.

Following the proposal experience, we designed a custom homeowner portal that provides full visibility into the solar installation process. From timeline updates to direct communication access, the portal keeps customers informed, reassured, and connected every step of the way.
