Cacheri sells a travel toiletry bag that customers love (4.76 stars, featured on NewsNation). Traffic was coming in from ads and social, but only about 1 in 250 visitors bought.
What I did
Redesigned 3 product pages, including the launch page for a new product
Rebuilt the buy box so there's one clear path to Add to Cart
Replaced the $100 free shipping minimum with "any 2 bags ship free" plus a free gift
Created bundle offers that pair the bestseller with the new launch
Redesigned the cart to sell the second item
Redesigned the menu so every product is one hover away
Rewrote the page copy using what real customers said in their reviews
Upgraded the look and feel across the whole site
What I spotted first
Before designing anything, I read all 33 of her customer reviews and the product pages of 15 competitors. Two things stood out. The main product image showed the bag zipped shut, so shoppers couldn't see what it holds or how they'd use it. And free shipping started at $100 on a $55 bag, which gave nobody a reason to add a second item.
The impact
If your store is getting traffic but not sales, send me a message and let's talk.
