During my time managing social media for Palabres Consulting, I oversaw the growth and engagement of three distinct accounts: IBS, PAC, and CTG. Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, I implemented tailored strategies to enhance each brand’s online presence and achieve measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Curation:
Developed platform-specific content plans, including industry insights, client success stories, infographics, and promotional campaigns.
Adapted tone and messaging for each platform to resonate with the target audience, emphasizing professionalism on LinkedIn and fostering community engagement on Facebook and Twitter.
Community Engagement:
Monitored and responded to comments, messages, and mentions to build authentic connections with followers.
Engaged with relevant industry trends and hashtags on Twitter to increase visibility.
Performance Analysis:
Conducted regular performance reviews using analytics tools, identifying top-performing content and refining strategies for improved reach and engagement.
Presented monthly reports to highlight key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign ROI.
Growth Strategies:
Implemented targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn to boost visibility among specific demographics.
Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure campaigns aligned with brand objectives and audience needs.
For each account, I developed tailored strategies to align with their unique goals and target audiences:
IBS: Focused on showcasing professional services and expertise, I implemented a content plan that highlighted industry insights, client success stories, and thought leadership.
PAC: Prioritized creating a community-driven approach with interactive content, fostering engagement, and driving awareness around their mission.
CTG: Concentrated on expanding reach and visibility through consistent branding and impactful campaigns tailored to their audience's interests.
Through consistent content creation, strategic scheduling, and performance analysis, I successfully boosted follower counts, improved engagement rates, and solidified their online presence. This holistic management approach resulted in measurable growth across all three accounts.

Platform-Specific Achievements

LinkedIn: Increased follower counts for all three accounts by focusing on professional storytelling, thought leadership posts, and consistent updates about company achievements and milestones.
Facebook: Boosted community engagement through interactive posts like polls, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes content, resulting in higher engagement rates.
