Welcome to andreisandof.com, my personal playground where design, grids, and interaction all meet for a coffee ☕, if that makes sense... This project was all about creating a clean, animated, bento-inspired portfolio that shows not just what I do — but how I do it.

The Vision

I wanted to create a space that feels alive. Something minimal yet playful. A site that screams Webflow designer energy — smooth animations, clean layout, structured grids, and just enough movement to keep you scrolling.

I built the whole thing inside Webflow, from design system to micro-interactions. No templates. No shortcuts. Just pure flow.

The logo — that little A + S combo — is my personal stamp. It’s simple, geometric, and sharp, merging my initials into one mark that feels balanced and modern. It had to be something that could sit anywhere: from a navbar favicon to a big wall print.

Color palette? Minimal black & soft beige foundation with subtle accents that let the work shine. No distractions, no noise — just focus and rhythm.

The hero section follows a bento-style grid, which breaks the usual “flat scroll” pattern and gives each block its own personality. Every square tells a piece of my story — who I am, what I do, and what I’ve built.

The layout plays with asymmetry and negative space to create a visual rhythm, while keeping navigation intuitive.

It’s clean, it’s modular, and yes — fully responsive, from giant screens to pocket-sized devices.

If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for smooth motion. Each hover, scroll, and reveal has purpose — designed to guide your eyes and keep you curious. Most of the animations are done using Webflow’s native interactions, but I also added a bit of custom code for the page transition to make the navigation feel seamless.

And let’s not forget the loading animation — fully Webflow-native, yet it adds such a nice touch before everything comes to life.

Because design should feel good to use, not just to look at.
