The challenge
Canadian plain-packaging compliance across 600+ cigar SKUs was a manual data-entry problem, and the catalog needed to scale fast without breaking compliance.
What I did
Build tooling that scales the catalogue and keeps every SKU compliant, instead of processing products one at a time.
The work
A React SKU Matrix Builder that generates plain-packaging SKUs and integrates with Canva Bulk Create, paired with AI-assisted bulk SKU creation, LLM enrichment, and generated imagery.
