performed a thorough account audit of the account & SEO optimization

DEVELOPING AN INSTAGRAM STRATEGY

developed a 30+ page strategy document that talks about - brand positioning, target audience, audience personas & ICA content pillars, SWOT analysis, content types, buyer's journey, hook examples, & much more!

DEVELOPING A CONTENT STRATEGY

for any content to be relevant & goal-aligned & actually convert, it needs to be backed by a solid content strategy - I curated a mix of educational/ informative/community-driven/problem-aware content that was created & posted regularly to ensure an increase in brand awareness, nurturing community & increasing sales

SEO & HASHTAG STRATEGY

identified the relevant keywords & hashtags - location-based, community-based, niche, concern-specific, product-specific, content-based & keywords the target audience is searching for

PLANNING & CURATING A FEED

established a consistent color palette, editing style & image types to create an aesthetic feed & creating high-quality content in terms of carousels, reels & statics that align with the brand messaging & content pillars

BUILDING & MAINTAINING AN ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY

created interactive & consumer-centric content that sparks engagement to build community & implementing an inbound & outbound strategy

established a consistent voice that sparks human connection through storytelling while maintaining brand messaging

THE RESULTS

within 3 months of working together - I was able to increase their instagram followers by 20% with an increase of 5% in the average consistent engagement rate.
