One of the biggest challenges for those who work with design and advertising is serving someone who works in the same market. Most of the time, they are clients who already know what and the references that they want, and their beliefs directly influence the projects. This project was one of those cases. The client came to us with a preset opinion of what they wanted and we had to convince them so that we could get a better result. Texto ao Ponto is an 11-year-old company providing proofreading and translation services to advertising agencies, design studios, and companies from different fields. When they came to us, the idea was to rebrand the company completely, however during the project, the client chose to keep the actual name and only get a new concept and visual identity.
SOLUTION
Keeping the magnifier as a graphic element of the brand was the only request of the client. Our goal was to modernize the brand and, in order to achieve that, we conducted some interviews with people who were part of their target to understand who their references were and what they expected about a proofreading and translations services brand. With the acquired insights and benchmarks analyzed, we concluded that the branding should not be about grammatical corrections, but to improve communications to connect people. With this concept approved, we developed a unique visual identity with strong colors that differentiate the brand from its competitors, and with dynamics and modern graphic elements.
