SwiftTrust Microfinance Bank needed a complete mobile banking product, built from zero. No existing design system, no established patterns, no prior digital product. My job was to take the product from discovery research through to a live App Store launch, solo.

· Full mobile loan product design End-to-end, from research and user interviews through to prototype and engineering handoff

· Progressive disclosure forms Designed multi-step loan application flows using progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load

· Onboarding and verification Rebuilt interface cues and error states based on usability testing findings

· Modular component library Built from scratch to keep the product consistent across sprints and reduce dev time

· Competitor audit Benchmarked core mobile journeys against leading Nigerian banking apps

· Stakeholder alignment Created rapid Framer prototypes to get sign-off faster and reduce ambiguity
