In this project, I focused on optimizing CRM processes to streamline workflows and save valuable time for the sales and customer support teams. By automating repetitive tasks, such as follow-up emails, appointment scheduling, and data entry, the CRM system was transformed into a more efficient tool. Custom dashboards and reports were also introduced to give real-time insights, reducing the need for manual data gathering and reporting. As a result, the team experienced a 30% reduction in time spent on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on client interaction and strategy development, leading to improved productivity and enhanced customer satisfaction.
