In this project, I spearheaded the development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy designed to enhance car sales for an automotive dealership. By integrating data-driven insights with cutting-edge CRM software, we were able to streamline customer interactions, personalize follow-up communications, and optimize lead generation. The approach included automated workflows for nurturing potential buyers and tools for tracking customer preferences, which significantly improved engagement and conversion rates. As a result, the dealership experienced an increase in sales within the first quarter of implementation, along with improved customer satisfaction and retention.
