Shifts & Team Communication are workforce management tools from Square (now part of Block, Inc.). They help small businesses manage scheduling, time tracking, labor costs, and payroll prep. The products were new, and we needed both high-level and nitty-gritty pages for leads to explore.

Coordinated global localization and translation, managing spreadsheets and feedback
Participated in stakeholder presentation to explain voice and copy strategy
Took part in the QA process to approve the final launch versions

š Reflections
This project gave me a chance to work inside a well-oiled ecosystem and flex my skills across UX writing, cross-functional collaboration, legal review, and localization. Iām proud of the clarity and cohesion of the pageāand grateful I got to help launch such a useful tool for small businesses.
