Whenever a new product is introduced to the market, it doesn't start with a global launch. Even producers have an experimentation mindset.
For the success of a new product, placement is key.
That's why there's an extensive database of all the Dutch supermarkets with customer data. But when I started on the project, this was nothing more than a spreadsheet.
This is when the questions started...
How are we able to create new value for our customers?
Is it enough to justify a subscription?
How would this even work?
And within 8 weeks a new concept was born:
