Back in 2019, when I began my role leading design at Zerodown, we were selling a lease-to-own product to prospective homebuyers. These "ZeroDown members" had access to a 24/7 concierge hotline, a special rewards program, and a monthly cashback system. I designed an app that rolled all of our services into one app.
