The client already had wireframes, a color palette, and a visual identity in place, so I worked within that system rather than starting from scratch, and leaned on proven booking and dashboard UX patterns instead of inventing new ones. I ran 8 qualitative UX testing interviews on the prototype myself, which surfaced clear, repeatable patterns pointing to specific refinements in the booking system. I handed those recommendations to the client, who felt confident enough to move forward with development from there. The product has since shipped and is live.
