Overview

This sample project highlights how I support marketing teams with the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps campaigns running on time and on budget.
Strong campaigns require more than creative ideas. Someone needs to track the moving pieces, manage the timeline, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That's where I come in.

What I Did

Built and maintained a campaign tracker in Notion covering all deliverables, owners, deadlines, and approval status
Coordinated between the content team, designer, and marketing lead to keep assets moving through the review pipeline
Managed the content calendar and scheduled posts across platforms
Compiled weekly campaign performance reports pulling data from Google Sheets and platform analytics
Handled ad hoc research tasks: competitor analysis, hashtag research, audience insights

Results

Kept a 6-week product launch campaign on schedule with zero missed deadlines
Reduced back-and-forth between team members by centralizing all campaign assets and status updates in one Notion workspace
Delivered weekly reports that gave the marketing lead a clear picture of what was working and what needed adjustment
