Executive & Operations Support for Growing Businesses

Overview

This sample project shows how I provide executive and operations support to founders and small business leaders who are stretched thin.
When a business is growing fast, the founder usually ends up buried in admin work: scheduling, inbox management, vendor follow-ups, reporting. I take that off their plate so they can focus on the work that actually moves the business forward.

What I Did

Managed executive calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and time-blocking for deep work
Handled inbox triage and drafted responses on behalf of leadership
Built and maintained SOPs for recurring operational tasks (onboarding, vendor management, monthly reporting)
Prepared weekly and monthly reports pulling data from Google Sheets and Notion dashboards
Coordinated with external vendors, contractors, and internal team members to keep projects on track

Results

Freed up 10+ hours per week of founder time by taking over admin and coordination tasks
Created a repeatable onboarding workflow that cut new contractor setup time in half
Improved response times on vendor and client communications by managing inbox daily

Tools & Approach

Google Workspace for docs, sheets, and calendar. Notion for SOPs and internal knowledge bases. Slack for day-to-day communication. Everything documented, everything repeatable.
