In my role as Ecommerce Manager at Clima Umbrellas, I oversee the entire online store operations, ensuring seamless management of both B2B and B2C channels. My responsibilities encompass:

Product Management

End-to-end management of the product catalog, including creating, updating, and maintaining product information, pricing, and stock.

Utilizing Airtable as a Product Information Management (PIM) tool to centralize product data and streamline content updates.

Platform and Integration Management

Managing the ecommerce platform built on Logicommerce, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.

Handling integrations with Navision for real-time synchronization of inventory, orders, and pricing between the ecommerce platform and the ERP system.

Marketing Coordination

Collaborating closely with the marketing team to coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Setting up and managing promotional content, discount codes, and special offers on the platform.

B2B and B2C Sales Management

Overseeing the ecommerce experience for both end consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B), ensuring tailored solutions and pricing models for each.

Managing bulk orders, specific pricing rules, and customer-specific requirements for B2B clients.

Process Automation and Optimization

Implementing automation workflows for product uploads, order processing, and reporting to increase operational efficiency.

Continuously optimizing ecommerce processes to improve user experience, reduce manual work, and ensure data accuracy.
