Interacts AI is a platform that empowers companies to engage with customers via multilingual voice bots, integrate actions such as payments or scheduling, sync CRM data, and record & transcribe calls with AI-powered summaries.
The dashboard is the operational hub where users can:
Monitor bot-call traffic, view analytics, and performance metrics
Access recorded calls, transcripts & AI-generated summaries
Manage integrations (e.g., CRM sync, payments) and escalate to agents when needed
Review multilingual support, real-time insights, and actionable data
Given the complexity of voice-bot operations and integrations, the dashboard required a clean structure, clarity in navigation, and intuitive workflows.
Objective
As the sole designer, the objective was to redesign and enhance the dashboard for Interacts AI. Deliver a dashboard experience that allowed the business and its clients to monitor voice-bot performance, manage integrations, review call transcripts and analytics, and take action quickly and intuitively.

Working on an AI-driven platform like Interacts AI was a defining moment in my growth as a designer. It pushed me to think beyond visuals and into how artificial intelligence shapes real human interactions.
This experience expanded my product thinking, showing me how design can bridge the gap between complex automation and everyday usability. It also deepened my understanding of data interpretation, conversational design, and how AI enhances customer experience when implemented with the right UX structure.
