Sales and Customer Support Representative
As a customer service and sales representative for Buzz Events, I helped customers with complaints and questions and provided information about products and services while working with different companies ranging from banks like Stanbic bank Uganda to consumer brand companies like CocaCola among others at activations and product launch events by helping customers understand the product and answering questions about reservations alongside performing a sales role.

• Educated myself on different products and services offered by the client in order to accurately answer any questions raised.
