PERKS by Talentvis is an incentive program and employee-centric e-commerce platform developed by Talentvis, aimed at reaching professionals and connecting them with industry brands. The program focuses on enhancing the holistic professional well-being of its members. With the goal of becoming Southeast Asia's largest employee-centric e-commerce platform, PERKS aims to provide a comprehensive range of benefits and rewards to professionals.

UI/UX Designer: Responsible for leading the redesign efforts, creating wireframes, and visual designs, as well as conducting user testing and iteration.

Time Frame: 8 months

Project Scale: Designing responsive e-commerce website, iOs, and Android mobile apps, with design system assets and components

Tools: Figma( Files and Prototype), Teams (Collaboration)

There are also challenges that arise during this project development, few of them are:
