As a social media manager at OutCast, I was responsible for managing the content on the page, tailoring the copy to map back to our product advantages, and promoting new products through our social media platforms (X [formerly Twitter], Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram). I would create the monthly content calendar so the client could review and provide essential feedback. In addition to content publishing, I spent major of my time strategizing ways to reach new audiences, analyzing and boosting our ads via business manager, and also fraternizing with their digital community by providing insight, feedback, and encouragement to our followers.
