I manage online communities because it feels like the beginning of the internet: endless possibilities to meet new people, learn new things, and do cool stuff.

I've worked with workspaces of up to 12,000 in Slack and as small as 300 in Discord. I also love and use Heartbeat and Threado, and serve a variety of roles as a manager - people wrangler, motivator, conversationalist, idea manager, event planner, sounding board, networker, and more.
